Supply Management Specialist

About the Position: This position is with the Directorate of Supply and Transportation located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) systems to plan, forecast, and schedule depot wholesale and sustainability project workflows.

Review all incoming inventory transaction requests against authorized resources and current expenditures prior to database processing.

Monitor program and project costs to implement cost-savings and cost-avoidance measures using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Verify contractor invoices and percentages of physical completion to validate progress reports and coordinate cost voucher approvals with the Contracting Officer.
