3rd Shift Maintenance Associate

Maximize productive time of equipment. Improve the reliability and repeatability of production systems. Provide support to production associates on an as needed basis. Assist the Manufacturing Engineering department with equipment installation and start-up.

Essential Functions:

1. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities in a timely manner.
2. Support the production team by responding quickly when there is machine downtime.
3. Effectively communicate equipment failures to the ME Manager and Production Supervisors.
4. Implement corrective actions with management’s direction.
5. Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
6. Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner

Education and Training

• High School Diploma / GED Required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Computer skills and data entry experience is preferred
• Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems is a plus
• CNC programming experience is a plus
• Individual must be motivated, conscientious, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude

 Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting.
• Standing for long periods of time
