About the role

About the Position: Serves as a Lead/Senior Management and Program Analyst in the G8/Resource Management Office located at the US Army War College.

Integrate strategic planning, programming, long-range resource requirements determination and manpower/force management resources.

Prepare management studies, concept plans, insourcing packages, statistical data and fact sheets to support analysis, findings and requests.

Responsible for the application and utilization of manpower programs.

Conduct a wide variety of complex studies and evaluations of critical resource problems.

Accountable for a variety of programs within the realm of resource management.

Serve as the Field Gift Program Manager for the US Army War College.

Develop the Annual Statement of Assurance for both US Army War College and US Army Garrison.
