Supervisory Management Analyst

As a Supervisory Management Analyst at the GS-0343-14, you will be part of HR Solutions Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will supervise HR liaison staff, advise leadership on human resources management, analyze workforce and staffing needs, oversee personnel action coordination, address organizational and labor relations matters, and recommend improvements to program operations and workforce management practices.

Supervise staff by assigning work, communicating performance standards, evaluating performance, providing guidance, and identifying employee development needs. Advise executives and managers on staffing, recruitment, classification, pay administration, personnel actions, and human resources management policies and procedures. Oversee preparation, submission, and tracking of personnel action requests and coordinate with human resources offices to support timely processing. Advise management on organizational structure, job restructuring, employee relations, and labor-management matters while coordinating with appropriate stakeholders. Evaluate human resources operations, identify opportunities to improve work processes, develop procedures, and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
