A premier global transportation technology manufacturer is seeking a high-performing Field Service Technician to deliver expert technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for advanced hardware and software systems nationwide.

Compensation & Location:

• Base Pay: $75,000 – $88,000 / year + Overtime (OT) Available

Travel: Up to 75% field travel 

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system installations, pre-startups, and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues on site.
• Provide hands-on customer training and build strong, professional client relationships.
• Document preventive and corrective maintenance activities clearly and accurately.

Position Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of technical field service experience OR military experience in electronics, avionics, electrical, or technical ratings (highly valued and considered equivalent).
• Skills: Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, computer/software proficiency, and effective customer communication.
• Education & Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean record; OSHA certification preferred.
