About the role

About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst within the Operations and Maintenance Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Provides support as a Contract Officer Representative(COR) in contract/Task Order management, development and administration.

Work contract support requirements with customers and Directorate Senior Level Management for assigned Task Orders.

Serve as a technical advisor to the Directorate of Public Works on contract requirements and performance ensuring the results of all contracts efforts support the Army Garrison - Natick goals and objectives.

Provide comprehensive advisory service and/or policy interpretations on complex, or controversial contractual matters, to develop policy guidance as required, and advise on command-wide impact and implications of DA and/or DOD program decisions.

Lead and/or conduct special projects or comprehensive reviews to evaluate and resolve operating issues and problems at subordinate levels and to assess program efficiency and effectiveness.
