The Residence at Gramercy is an assisted living and memory care community in Lincoln, NE, operated by CIMA Senior Living. As Activity Director, you run the calendar that shapes our residents' days, from music and games to trips around town.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead daily activities, events, celebrations, and outings
• Drive the community van or bus for trips and help residents during outings
• Create the monthly activity calendar and resident newsletter
• Spend one-on-one time with residents who need extra connection
• Use resident surveys and feedback to shape the program
• Work with care, dining, and other teams so each day runs smoothly
• Help with community tours and local outreach from time to time

What You'll Need

Required:

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the community's insurance requirements

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or activities
• Experience planning events or leading groups

Pay and Benefits

• $19.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
