Director of Clinical Compliance-

The Director of Clinical Compliance monitors and ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations and provides technical assistance for VOAOHIN’s network of behavioral health treatment services. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and excel in building relationships, managing timelines, and providing training and technical assistance.

• This position requires a master's degree in behavioral or social science such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant field.
• 5 years’ industry experience in behavioral health care industry; direct client experience preferred. Supervisory, management, program evaluation, quality assurance and certification/accreditation experience required.

Licensure required: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, LISW or equivalent. Candidates with a Master’s of Social Work with an LSW will be considered, with the expectation of obtaining a higher level of certification. Independent clinical licensure in the state of Indiana and/or Ohio strongly
