Gather information on current human resources (HR) workflows and reports common system errors to help senior staff identify areas for improvement.

Draft initial versions of user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions to help employees navigate new HR tools.

Assist with processing standard data requests by pulling routine reports from HR databases.

Support the implementation of HR system updates by testing basic features and helping users with basic navigation.
