Primary Purpose
Oversees daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance. Provides guidance and support to team members while maintaining operational continuity and readiness.
Duties and Responsibilities
Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation. Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees daily activities of operations and maintenance teams using digital scheduling tools.
- Assigns work orders and monitors task completion in a computerized maintenance management system.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols during field activities.
- Provides coaching and guidance to team members on technical procedures.
- Reviews maintenance documentation for accuracy.
- Coordinates emergency response efforts at the site level.
- Communicates operational updates to management.
- Supports workforce training and development initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
- Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Required: Typically requires 3 years of related experience.
- Required: Ability to assign and prioritize work to meet near-term operational objectives.
- Required: Ability to reinforce a strong safety and operational discipline culture.
- Required: Ability to resolve routine technical or personnel issues using established processes.
- Required: Knowledge of policies, procedures, and labor guidelines.
- Required: Knowledge of storage operations, maintenance activities, and safety requirements.
- Required: Skill in coaching team members on safe and compliant operating practices.
- Required: Skill in communicating expectations, priorities, and feedback clearly.
- Required: A valid California driver's license is required.
- Required: This position adheres to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as required by 49 CFR Part 40, 199, and 382, respectively. Applicants must meet all DOT requirements for safety-sensitive positions.
