The IT Intern will be responsible for:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist with account and access administration directly and via the Azure cloud
• Participate in the development, testing and evaluation of new software applications and systems
• Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology

The Intern will also learn about the following:

• Incident Management and end user support
• Cloud administration via Microsoft Azure (Entra, Intune, Autopilot, etc.)
• Network and security
• Software development and integration
• IT Project Management
• IT operations and infrastructure
• User training and documentation

Skills/Requirements

• Must be enrolled when the internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud, AI, and networking concepts
• Familiarity Microsoft 365 – Windows 10/11 and full MS Office 365 suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills using tools such as Excel and PowerBi
• Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
• No relocation assistance provided.
• Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027
