About the role

The Supply Chain Management team at Stellantis is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Planning Specialist to support supplier capacity management, vehicle scheduling, and production planning activities. This role will help ensure supplier capabilities, plant constraints, demand changes, and program timing are aligned to support efficient production execution across Stellantis assembly operations. 

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Supplier Capacity Management: Evaluate supplier and production capacity readiness to support demand changes, product plan adjustments, program launches, and short- and long-term production requirements
  • Vehicle Scheduling Support: Coordinate gateline schedules, order flow, build codes, material restrictions, and launch timing to help maintain smooth assembly plant production
  • Constraint Resolution: Identify supplier, material, and production constraints; support recovery plans, escalation, funding justification, and business case development to minimize production impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Brand, Program Management, and plant teams to align on capacity, timing, and production priorities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Excel, BI tools, and supply chain systems to analyze demand, capacity, restrictions, and production risks while providing clear reporting and actionable insights
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements that improve capacity planning, scheduling efficiency, launch readiness, and overall supply chain performance

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, or a related function
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and related analysis or reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with supplier management, capacity planning, production scheduling, or launch support
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems, scheduling tools, BI reporting, OSS, FOG, SAP, or similar platforms 
  • Project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
