Job Overview
In this position, you will be a key member of our Waste Management Team. Must be trustworthy, work well with others, and able to work with limited supervision.
Highlights of your role
- You will be responsible for operating baling equipment for cardboard and plastic.
- Pick up materials (recyclables and waste) from production departments, operate wood grinders, and operate a forklift.
- Participate in all waste handling and recycling activities as needed including processing waste onsite. Training will be provided.
- Must be trustworthy and be able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be always work with safety in mind.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- General experience with computers is preferred but willing to train
- CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL via the Marvin CDL program within 6 months. (Marvin will fund CDL training within the Company supported program)

Compensation
$18.00 - $24.00 per hourㅤ
