Patent Litigation - Associate (Mid to Senior Level) - NY
About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid to senior level Patent Litigation Associate in the New York office's Intellectual Property and Technology group. Candidate should have 5-8 years of patent litigation experience, with a CS and/or EE background. Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings, written discovery, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, etc.
This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a peer law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.

The expected pay range for this position is: $365,000 - $435,000 annually Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
