I am working with a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm who is seeking a Paralegal / Case Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in intake, case management, and pre-litigation, and is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of files while delivering exceptional client service. What You'll Be Doing Managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase Conducting client intake and evaluating potential new cases Maintaining regular communication with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills Tracking treatment progress and case deadlines Preparing demand packages and supporting settlement negotiations Updating case management systems and ensuring files remain organized and compliant Working closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm Background in Intake, Case Management, and/or Pre-Litigation Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and case lifecycle Excellent client service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with case management software and electronic file systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Join Us?
