Supply Technician (Motor Vehicle Operator/Fork Lift Operator)

About the Position: The incumbent will be assigned to the 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Log Readiness Ctr, Supply & Services Division at Fort Hood, TX.

Enters data into automated supply systems to maintain accurate and timely supply records.

Retrieves information from automated supply systems to support supply tracking and customer inquiries.

Prepares requests for cataloging actions to initiate additions, deletions, or changes in item records.

Initiates status requests to verify the validity of open document numbers.

Receives, stores, and physically handles supplies including weapons/armaments in storage locations.

Operates forklifts and material handling equipment to transport supplies safely across varied terrain.
