The Process Optimization Analyst supports Consigli's Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) and Workforce Compliance program and works closely with the Department Director to assist with compliance reporting, workforce and supplier diversity initiatives, outreach efforts, and Good Faith Effort (GFE) tracking. The position also plays a key role in improving processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and developing AI driven tools that strengthen compliance operations across construction projects. This role combines compliance, analytics, technology, and process improvement responsibilities while supporting initiatives involving Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE), and other certified diverse business programs.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Support UBE and workforce compliance reporting, outreach activities, and GFE monitoring across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that generate project-specific outreach materials, solicitation notices, bidder communications, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled templates, prompts, and knowledge resources that automate reporting, outreach activities, and documentation processes.
- Leverage AI and data analytics to identify qualified UBE firms and other diverse business partners, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and support strategic engagement efforts.
- Create scalable AI-assisted communication tools for email campaigns, industry outreach, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the Department Director to develop presentations, training materials, and compliance resources for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to summarize, analyze, and translate complex UBE and workforce compliance requirements into actionable guidance, training materials, and presentation-ready content.
- Develop dashboards, automation workflows, and AI-enabled business tools that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that enhance productivity, reporting capabilities, and compliance operations.
- Assist with data collection, auditing, and reporting to support compliance objectives and project requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI applications that can improve compliance operations and business processes.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and external partners to support program goals and reporting requirements.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, compliance technology, AI implementation, or a related field.
- Experience with AI tools, data analytics, reporting, and process automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), and AI-enabled business applications.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, process improvement initiatives, or automation solutions preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with supplier diversity, workforce compliance, government contracting requirements, or related compliance programs preferred.
