The Opportunity In this role, you will work on a broad range of complex insurance matters, including: Analyzing and evaluating insurance claims Drafting coverage opinion letters Preparing pleadings and motions Managing written discovery and document review Attending court hearings Taking and defending depositions Collaborating with clients and colleagues on case strategy and management What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years of litigation experience in first-party and/or third-party property insurance matters Experience handling insurance coverage disputes Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills A proactive, solutions-oriented approach The drive to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced environment Active California Bar admission Why Apply?
