About the Position: This position is located at Fort Drum, New York, in Family Medical Services within Guthrie Army Health Clinic. A Recruitment or Relocation Incentive MAY be authorized. Student Loan Repayment MAY be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions.

Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.

Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care.

Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic.

Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters.

Assess and provide crisis/mental health intervention.
