About the Position: This position is with the U.S. Army Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal & Hydraulic Laboratory (CHL). This position is being filled as a Program Specialist, DJ-0301-03 (GS 11/12). GS 11: $74,678 - $97,087 GS 12: $89,508 - $116,362

Handle VISA supercard buying and procure goods through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

Prepare business requirements, procurement requests, and justification documents

Give technical guidance to improve research program buying processes

Act as a Contracting Officer Representative / Grants Officer Representative (COR/GOR) to track and approve modifications, funding, and timelines

Monitor project plans, funding, and progress reports to keep projects on track

Resolve questions about acquisition rules, correspondence, and purchasing processes

Develop structured plans to define technical, equipment, and funding needs for project goals
