Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures technical project scope elements align with project objectives.
Identifies and resolves complex issues and risks using engineering tools and techniques.
Prepares and maintains detailed engineering resource plans, identifying required resources and timelines.
Contributes to developing strategies to enhance project planning, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Presents comprehensive project reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Manages supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.
Ensures compliance with all statutory and licensing requirements relevant to the project.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

Required: Typically requires 10 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: Ability to drive continuous improvement in engineering project delivery.
Required: Ability to manage portfolios of engineering projects or programs.
Required: Ability to translate technical outcomes into business and operational value.
Required: Expert knowledge of large-scale or multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
Required: Knowledge of engineering governance, design controls, and lifecycle management.
Required: Skill in forecasting performance, resource needs, and risk across initiatives.
Required: Skill in leading negotiations with suppliers, contractors, or partners.
