Property Damage Claims Co-op

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing vehicle damage appraisals
• Indexing incoming text messages through our SMS platform and routing them to the appropriate representative
• Inputting information from different reports into the claims system.
• Sending request for additional information to insureds and claimants.

Qualifications and Education:

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and enter data with strict attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Self-discipline and ability to set and carry out goals each day
