About the role

About the Position: Serves as an operations research analyst guiding complex, precedent-setting studies of Army forces and systems, directing analytical frameworks, data acquisition, modeling, and multidisciplinary teams to inform high-level decision-makers and support critical Army missions.

Direct theater-level force structure and capability analyses.

Conduct studies on logistics, cyber, space, electronic warfare, CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive), resource utilization, campaign scenarios, mobilization, deployment, and system acquisition.

Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytical approaches for major Army projects and initiatives.

Provide first-line supervision, guiding study execution and overseeing the work of subordinate analysts.
