UTILITY SYSTEMS REPAIRER-OPERATOR

The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties of operator in charge of a shift in operating and maintaining and repairing a 5550-ton Refrigeration Plant and 56,000,000 BTUs Heat Plant.

-Troubleshoots HVAC/R. systems with complex. problems and extensive repairs requiring judgment to locate malfunctions. -Installs, repairs, and maintains large commercial) and industrial ventilation, air conditioning (AC), cooling towers and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs. -Installs, modifies overhauls, repairs. and maintains a variety of complex heating multiple fuel boilers and/or heating systems and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment. -Performs essential electrical work incidental to the maintenance and operation of HVAC/R systems. -Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC/R system and equipment.
