About the role

As a Management And Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13, you will be part of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). If selected, you will be responsible for providing program support for management and administrative functions and operations to include but not limited to personnel, budget and finance, acquisition and reporting.

Provides support for management and administrative functions, including personnel, budget and finance, acquisition and reporting.

Supports budget and financial management by forecasting, evaluating, analyzing, adjusting, executing, monitoring, and tracking the annual operating budget.

Creates procurement requests, drafts documentation in support of procurements, and monitors contractor performance.

Conducts research, analysis, project management, organizational management, and change management to support business operations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service Suitable for Federal employment, determined by a background investigation May be required to successfully complete a probationary period Candidates will not be hired based on their race, sex, color, religion, or national origin Complete the initial online assessment and USAHire Assessment, if required You will be required to report to an OPM assigned office. This position is not eligible for inclusion in a bargaining unit
