You will have proven experience of running successful contact centre operations in high volume call environments and have strong commercial awareness. You will be hands on, able to drive this business operation forwards and be highly focused on delivering a fantastic level of customer service, in terms of response and handling times. You will have excellent excel and data skills and a strong attention to detail when it comes to analysis and reporting.
