Business Development Executive £30,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission We’re recruiting for an ambitious, fast-growing organisation looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their expanding team within the e-learning space. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys building strong client relationships and is confident converting opportunities into revenue. The role * Manage and convert inbound enquiries * Develop new and existing client relationships * Drive sales and consistently hit targets * Handle outbound calls and generate new opportunities * Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities * Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline What we’re looking for * 2+ years’ sales/business development experience * Strong B2B sales and account management background * Confident with cold calling and outbound sales * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Commercially driven, resilient and target-focused * CRM experience; HubSpot desirable * Able to work full-time, office-based in Dartford What’s in it for you? £30k basic + £60k OTE + uncapped commission, plus a daily bonus scheme, excellent benefits, career progression and a great team environment.
