Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, and eye for detail to the HR Department of our Glasgow Head Office? At GAP Hire Solutions, we are looking for a Temporary Learning & Development Administrator who will support the Learning & Development team in their daily activities. This position is temporary for an initial period of 4 months although may be extended.
What you will be doing
- Dealing with training requests from Depot Managers
- Uploading and maintaining training records
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About you
What we're looking for:
- Excellent administration skills gained in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- The ability to deal with a high volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy
- Previous Learning & Development experience would be advantageous but not essential
