Area Sales Manager £35,000 - £40,000 + Car + Uncapped Commission (circa£10,000-£15,000) + Mobile + Laptop + iPad Berkshire/West London Our Client are a leading provider of Material Handling Equipment, Training & Services who have aggressive growth plans in the UK and are now looking to add further External Salespeople to their Commercial function. Area Sales Manager based in the Berkshire/West London area. The Role * 80% Business Development across any businesses within the Berkshire/West London region who move Materials around a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility. * Selling Forklift Trucks, Forklift Truck Hire, Training, Service Contracts, Racking, Cleaning Equipment, Access Equipment into Warehouses and Manufacturers. * No pressure for the first 12 months – the company gives you plenty of freedom to bed into the company and are looking for people with loyalty and longevity/stability. The Candidate * Very strong at Business Development – not afraid to knock on doors – essential. * Ideally from a Materials Handling or Capital Equipment background but absolutely not essential – looking for the right person with the right attributes; Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, sound Student Mentality. * External sales experience essential. * You need to demonstrate loyalty and stability in your career. * You need to be driven, hungry to succeed – there is plenty of progression available within the company.
