About the role

GXO is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for our Sainsbury's site in Langland's Park, East Kilbride. You will lead and develop your shift team, coaching, motivating and engaging colleagues to deliver safe, efficient and on‑time operations.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 5 days from 7 shift pattern, 13:30 to 22:00. The salary is up to £40,675.50 and a competitive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 GP, life assurance and an employee
