Role and Responsibilities:

Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
Building relationships with new and existing customers

What we're looking for

Essential experience

Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
Full UK manual driving licence
Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable experience

Mobile or on call engineering experience
Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on call rota, typically one week in every four.
