About The Role We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for our Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy service periods. Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard. Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste. Help develop menus and seasonal specials. Train and support junior kitchen staff. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Passion for producing quality food and delivering a great guest experience. Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
