Job ID: 6940Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + packageRegion: LondonContact: Rob AppsPhone: I have a great opportunity for a Buyer to join a Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their East London offices.The company have been operating for over 100 years’ and have an excellent opportunity within the industry for their reliability and quality focused approach, which in turn leads to the business winning a lot of repeat business.They carry out new build and refurbishment projects from 1m to 20m, covering a range of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and heritage.They are looking for someone to step into a Sub-Contractor Buyer role; however, they are open to taking on an experienced Materials Buyer that is keen to take on a Sub-Contractor Buyer role.The main thing they are looking for is a strong track record working in procurement for a reputable Main Contractor that work on various projects across multiple sectors.Experience: Experienced Buyer with a strong Main Contracting backgroundSub-Contract Buying experience is ideal but a strong Materials Buying background will be consideredIdeally have experience on a variety of projects across multiple sectorsExcellent commercial skills and awarenessGood longevity with previous employersAble to commute to East London on a daily basisIf you are a Buyer and you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob Apps on:
