Location: City of LondonSalary: 60K- 80K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full TimeReference: MI-DM_ Posted: September 2, 2026Design Manager | Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment | LondonFawkes & Reece are proud to be working with a leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across London and the wider UK.They are looking for an experienced Design Manager from a traditional main contractor, fit-out contractor or specialist construction background.The role will focus on managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams across commercial offices, Cat A/B fit-out, refurbishment and complex interior projects.Projects range from smaller fit-outs through to schemes valued at 10m-20m+, providing excellent exposure to technically demanding commercial projects.Ideal background: Design Manager / Senior Design Manager with proven contractor-side experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or D&B projects.
