Renewals & Contracts ManagerAre you a relationship-driven operator who loves getting the details right? We're looking for a Renewals & Contract Manager to own renewals, contracts and service quality for our risk management clients.You'll be the trusted link between clients, our Risk Management team and colleagues across the business, scoping work clearly, keeping contracts commercially sound, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks on key dates or deliverables. It's a role for someone who's just as comfortable building relationships with clients as they are getting into the detail of a fee agreement or scope of work.What you'll doManage the end-to-end renewal cycle for risk management services, from planning through to on-time completionOwn scopes of work, fee agreements and contract variations, making sure they accurately reflect what's been agreedCoordinate delivery with consultants and internal teams, translating agreed scopes into clear plans and instructionsKeep an eye on key contract dates and renewal triggers so nothing lapses unexpectedlyTrack performance metrics across the risk management portfolio and help shape the processes and templates that make delivery smoother for everyoneWhat you'll bringExperience in account, contract or client service management — ideally within risk management or professional servicesStrong attention to detail and a good grasp of commercial contracts, scopes of work and fee structuresExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust with clients and colleagues alikeA proactive, organised approach and a genuine drive to see things through to resolutionA relevant risk qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) is a bonus, not a mustIf you're proactive, organised and enjoy turning agreements into great client outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.Why PIB Group?PIB Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.We encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
