Service Coordinator

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our clients’ engineering team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be a central point between engineers, clients and suppliers, making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept up to date, and paperwork is completed accurately and on time. On offer is… * Basic salary up to 32K (40 hour week) * 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays * Bonus scheme * Company sick pay * Various medical/healthcare benefits * Progression can be made through plenty of training and development opportunities What you’ll be doing: * Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive service works across multiple sites * Managing incoming calls and coordinating urgent callouts * Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and job updates * Processing job sheets, service reports, and purchase orders * Monitoring SLAs and ensuring all work is completed on time * Supporting the wider operations and service delivery team What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, or Scheduler role * Ideally worked within the HVAC sector but other engineering industries will be considered. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment * Confident using CRM or service management systems * A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Who you’ll be working for… This is a great opportunity to join an established Air Conditioning service provider that truly invests in its people.
