Due to recent growth and the development of a UK PROFIN retail arm, your Lloyd’s Broking House now has a diverse team and are operating with and have business partners stretching out to over 70 countries. Due to such substantial growth, a permanent job Account Executive is now needed to handle, grow and develop the UK Profin Accounts alongside two Senior Directors.Your new roleYou will be responsible for a full client management role, from handling renewals, dealing with new business enquires, quoting via Syndicates and Insurers and producing all relevant MRC Slips, Quote sheets and technical documentation. You will be helping the Retail Fimpro division to expand through managing accounts and Analysing / providing advice on risk and insurance issues and structure appropriate coverage. You will be required to Negotiate and obtaining the most appropriate carrier, coverage and price, meeting the client’s demands. You will also be responsible for producing market presentations in order to secure best possible terms for the client, with full material disclosure for the clients’ requirements. As well as being able to negotiate agreement to post-placement changes through contract endorsements. Your strong knowledge of either UK Retail Profin Accounts or UK Commercial D&O risks will enable you to provide clients with the best possible cover. You will ideally have had exposure to winning or upselling new business accounts / new business risks for UK PROFIN clients.What you’ll need to succeedYour previous experience working within a SME or Mid-Tier Lloyd’s Broking House working on Finpro or D&O Accounts for Retail clients in a similar role as an Account Executive will lead to your success. You will be technically minded being able to produces various technical documentation as well as being tenacious when it comes to client servicing and winning accounts. Your friendly and confident nature will allow you to adapt well into a diverse team, whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships. The division is new and growing so you will need to be flexible, adaptable and help the team with the overwhelming workload. You must have solid Insurance experience working on Finpro and Commercial D&O Accounts.What you’ll get in returnYou’ll be offered a competitive salary of c.65K, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
