Day to day activity is exactly what you would expect: client research, administrative tasks (initially), responding to clients, arranging visits, interviewing candidates, etc. You'll spend your time supporting an existing consultant who will offer direct one-to-one training and support. Over time you'll develop into your own market and so you can win new business and present the right person for each role you work on and generate your own fees. Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Skills and Experience Required - A good standard of English and Maths - Good organisational and time management skills - Attention to detail - An excellent communicator - Professional business like manner - Confident and friendly with a desire to help - Good team player - Knowledge of IT and Microsoft Word and Excel Most important is that you have good communication skills and you genuinely enjoy talking to people.
