About the role
Location: West Yorkshire – 2 days per week in the office
We are looking for an experienced Reward Lead to shape and deliver a competitive and modern total reward strategy across a large, diverse workforce
This role acts as the organisation’s subject matter expert on reward, covering pay structures, incentives, executive remuneration and benefits. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors, ensuring reward frameworks align with business strategy, market practice and governance requirements within a PLC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Total Reward Strategy
- Manage the annual reward cycle including pay reviews and bonus processes
- Oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluation and pay governance
- Lead executive remuneration and incentive plans, including LTIPs
- Manage reward reporting including gender pay gap and CEO pay ratio
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendors and colleague value proposition
About You
- Strong experience in reward within a complex organisation
- Expertise in pay structures, incentives and benefits strategy
- Experience working in a PLC environment and supporting Remuneration Committees
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders
