Founded over 8 years ago, this is a 60+ person global search firm with offices across London, New York, Paris, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Berlin. Part of a wider talent platform operating across private capital and corporate sectors. 20 heads in London, international reach from day one.

The Tech desk focuses on Product, Data and Engineering - mid to senior mandates, Heads of, VPs, C-suite. VC, PE and growth equity client base. 60% of work generated through internal network referrals. Average fees £30-60k. Expect to bill £350k+ at this level, commission up to 38%.

What you're walking into:

• Live retained client base, warm network, not starting from scratch
• Strong existing Product practice - looking to build the same across Data and Engineering
