Why Join KPMG as an Equity Reward Manager - Employer Reward Services This exciting role is within our Reward Practice team, based in our London office (although other locations will be considered) We are looking for talented and driven Reward specialists who are excited by the opportunity to work within a growing business and be a key part of this exciting journey. The successful applicant will enjoy being involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows, which can include the following: Working closely with senior leaders to support and lead on; Designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans considering the tax (UK and overseas), commercial and accounting impacts and/or reviewing existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose Advising on the tax impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new compensation and benefits plans and also advising on the tax structuring of transactions Designing plans for the wider workforce including all employee share purchase plans Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products and services Taking early responsibility for building and maintaining some of KPMG’s relationships with clients, including discussing people issues with clients and recognising opportunities to assist clients across different specialisms Delegating work to, and reviewing work carried out by, junior team members from both technical and commercial perspectives Training and developing junior team members from both technical and non-technical perspective Advising on technical issues and supporting the team’s knowledge management Effectively managing commercial and contractual aspects of an engagement to achieve expected levels of quality and profitability Committed and driven a candidate who take personal responsibility and accountability for projects Proactive professionals who deliver great service to their clients Relationship builders who can spot and develop new opportunities both within the KPMG network and externally Flexible people who can deal with a fluid, changing, work environment Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills as well as strong business development acumen ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification Demonstrable experience of designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans considering the tax (UK and overseas), commercial and accounting impacts and/or reviewing existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose Designing plans for the wider workforce including all employee share purchase plans Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices To discuss this or wider Tax roles with our recruitment team, all you need to do is apply, create a profile, upload your CV and begin to make your mark with KPMG.
