Recruitment Resourcer

Construction Resourcer Connect Grp Ltd are currently looking for a construction resourcer to join our busy, expanding team based at our office in Brighton. The correct person will be driven, self-motivated and keen to learn the role of a construction resourcer as the first step to a career in construction recruitment. Your role will include, but not be limited to; * Support of the sales team * Job filling * New candidate registration * Time sheet processing * Registering temps with payroll companies * Reference lead generation * Gathering of industry compliance- reg forms, skills cards ID etc * Men working after care This a great opportunity for someone keen to learn and looking for the first step to a career in our industry. Salary / Benefits * 3-month probationary period. * Basic Salary of £22,500 - £26,500 per annum paid in equal amounts on the last Friday of each month. * 28 day’s holiday (including bank holidays) * One month notice period from either party on termination of employment. * Discounted gym membership * Commission scheme upon completion of probation * Regular incentive / reward trips- nights out. * Hybrid working - The option to WFH for 1 day per week upon completion of probation.
