Are you a Sales or Marketing Manager from a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication background, looking to join a growing bespoke metalworks business where you can drive sales growth and progress within a larger group organisation?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established bespoke metal fabrication company that delivers high-quality bespoke projects for clients across architecture, construction, marine, and commercial sectors. As part of a larger group, the business offers genuine long-term progression opportunities while maintaining the agility and autonomy of a specialist manufacturer.

In this role, you'll take ownership of both sales and marketing activities, developing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and commercial clients. You'll work closely with design, production, and group marketing teams to increase brand presence, win new projects, and support the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will come from a sales, business development, or marketing background within engineering and be comfortable managing relationships, driving growth, and working across multiple business functions.

The Role:

• Developing and delivering sales growth and marketing strategies
• Building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and commercial clients
• Managing the sales pipeline from enquiry through to project completion
• Working closely with design, production, and group marketing teams
• Hybrid role with one day per week in the Winchester office

The Person:

• Background in sales, business development, or marketing
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or fabrication
• Full UK driving licence
