Salary up to £45k per annum + car allowance/company car

Reporting to:Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing Sysco GB

Location: Home-based withapprox.4-6 days per monthatMedina Head Office, Newport, Isle of Wightand1 day per month at SyscoGB HeadOffice in Ashford, Kent.

We have an exciting newly created role for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Medina business. You will devise and implementcustomer-facingmarketingactivity,and multi-channelcampaignsto grow sales and customer loyaltyfor Medina Foodservice.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deviseand implement annual plan of marketing activity, work with Head of Operations & SalesandHead of Promotions & Loyalty Marketingto agree contentto grow sales.
  • Agreepromotional content with internalProcurementteams and deliver customer-facingpromotional activityto support sales colleaguesandcommercialobjectives.
  • Assistinplanningand full responsibility for the execution of tactical& seasonalcampaigns to support salesgrowth;including website and email.
  • Devise Marketing activity tocomplement new launches, working closely with Procurement colleagues.
  • Work closely withSysco GBanalysts to measure and report onmarketingactivityperformance.
  • Responsibility for briefing,managing critical paths andbudgets with agency partners; including print,design, socials & PR.
  • Develop the relationship with Contact Centre Managers,includingmonthlymarketing activitybriefings.
  • Workwith finance and analysts toidentifygrowthopportunities
  • Support inkey projects anddeputiseforHead of Promotions & Loyalty Marketingwhenrequired

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in similar role at Marketing Manager level
  • Strong stakeholder management ability
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectivelyand influenceat all levels
  • Ability to work towards deadlinesand prioritise workloadin a busy environment
  • Experience of omni-channel(offline and digital) marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of performance metrics and reporting
