Production Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of assembly operatives, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of assembly operatives.
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure output targets are achieved.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures across the department.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity levels.
