About the role
We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Holme on Spalding on a permanent basis.
to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

As a Site Operative your role will involve:
Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
Working to customer requirements regarding drying, cleaning and storage operations in order to produce desired levels of quality and service
Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
Assisting within the grain testing lab/weighbridge
