Machinist /CNC operator

This role is ideal for skilled 5-axis Machinistto join our team and help craft the components that power the F1 race cars to victory. This role is for a weekday shift, running from Tuesday to Friday 7. Operate and program 5-axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls Machine complexcomponents to tight tolerances Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts Perform in-process inspections and ensure components meet quality standards Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve machining challenges Proven experience as a 5-axis CNC machinist, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision engineering Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and control High attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Understanding of composite layup and tooling processes Opportunity to contribute to race-winning performance Competitive pay and benefits package Career development within elite motorsport We pride ourselves on the quality of service we are able to offer our clients and candidates alike.
