Our client, a leading organisation in the technology sector, is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join its Digital Delivery team on a permanent basis. Based in Paddington or Southampton, the role will focus on designing, developing and maintaining engaging digital learning solutions that support colleague capability, business performance and organisational change across a global business.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, blended learning assets, videos, job aids, assessments and performance support materialsWork with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and translate requirements into engaging, accessible and effective learning experiencesApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention, behavioural change and operational performanceManage the end-to-end development lifecycle for digital learning projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standardsMeasure learning effectiveness using learner feedback, completion data and business performance indicators to support continuous improvementSupport the localisation, translation and adaptation of learning content for global and multi-language audiencesCollaborate with wider teams on learning campaigns, change initiatives and digital adoption programmesManage content within the Learning Management System, including uploading and assigning learning, and creating reports and dashboardsEnsure learning content meets accessibility standards, compliance requirements, branding guidelines and internal governance processesJob Requirements:Proven experience designing and developing digital learning solutions within a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and learner engagement techniquesExperience using digital authoring and design tools such as Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond or multimedia editing platformsExperience managing multiple digital learning projects and working with a range of stakeholdersAbility to translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible learning contentExperience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably CornerstoneStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and levelsUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principlesExperience analysing learning effectiveness data and using insights to improve learning outcomesUnderstanding of global learning delivery across different business areas and operating languagesRole Highlights:Opportunity to support technology-enabled learning and organisational changeWork on varied digital learning projects across a global businessCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across multiple functionsContribute to accessible, inclusive and scalable learning experiencesPermanent position based in Paddington or SouthamptonIf you are an experienced Digital Learning Designer with strong technical training, digital learning and technology skills, apply now to contribute to engaging learning solutions that support colleague development and business performance.
