Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH Key Responsibilities of a Interim Legal Counsel: Provide pragmatic and timely legal advice on a broad range of commercial and contractual matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements, customer contracts, and partnership arrangements. Support the business on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Advise on risk management and support business decision-making to mitigate potential legal exposure. Assist with dispute resolution and liaise with external legal counsel where necessary. Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders accordingly. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and projects. Essential Skills & Experience Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience (PQE). Strong background in commercial contracts gained in private practice or in-house environment. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and provide clear, practical advice. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
