What You'll Be Doing You'll work across the full recruitment process, combining sales, business development and relationship management:
Sourcing and headhunting candidates
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Writing job adverts and managing applications
Arranging and managing interviews
Negotiating offers and closing placements
Working towards targets and earning commission
Who Are We Looking For? You don't need recruitment experience. We're looking for graduates with the personality and mindset to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
You'll be a strong fit if you're:

Sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail, sport or other customer-facing experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
The Package £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
